Director
Graham has worked in the Power industry for over 30 years in process & mechanical design, project engineering, proposal & project management and senior management for well known international companies—Babcock, ABB (Combustion Engineering), ALSTOM and AE&E providing Boilers and Power Plants in Australia, SE Asia, USA, Canada and Europe.
He is a foundation member, past Chairman and the current Treasurer of the Sydney branch of the Australian Institute of Energy. He is also a Fellow & CPEng of IEAust. He has presented papers on varied topics including Energy from Waste, Co-generation, Heat Recovery Steam Generators and training needs of engineers.
Associate
Trained at Babcock (UK), and later working for ABB, ALSTOM & AE&E, David has been the Engineering Manager for the implementation of various Boiler & EPC Power Plant Projects both within Australia and across SE Asia. David has been involved in the design of combustion systems using a wide variety of industrial waste products.
David is an active member of the Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE), and was awarded "Engineer of the Year" by IEAust in 2004.
Associate
Chris began his career in Ontario Hydro as a design engineer in the countrys emerging nuclear power program. Joining ICAL on his return to Australia he developed his career to senior management level in the design, supply and servicing of utility and large industrial fired boilers. He has also held senior positions in engineering companies supplying turnkey plant to resource and process industries. He especially enjoys solving technical problems needing practical hands-on innovative customized solutions.
Chris is a Fellow & CPEng of IEAust and takes part in various professional activities.
Associate
David has over 30 years experience in the process and power industries. The experience encompasses both project engineering and design engineering. He has acted as the senior design engineer for a combined cycle power plant, for a biomass power plant and for a power plant integrated into the heat recovery system at a remote mining site. This has involved front end engineering activities such as process flow diagrams, P&IDs and plant layout, project functions such as specification and purchasing of boilers, turbines and balance of plant equipment, through to control philosophy, commissioning and performance testing
David has a B.Sc.Hons Grade 1 and a Ph.d in Mech Eng
